Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. References to “us”, “we” and/or “our” in these booking terms and conditions shall mean Living The Dream Tours.
These terms and conditions apply to any online bookings you make on our website.
We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other traveller on the booking and that person will bind all such travellers to these terms and conditions.
Prices
This website contains price information provided in New Zealand Dollars. If purchasing from outside of New Zealand, the price advertised may not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Prices are subject to change without notice. From time to time we may offer promotional pricing.
Cancellations
Covid Alert
All tours are fully refundable, should we move into an alert level that prevents us from operating our tours, unless you choose to postpone your trip to another time.
Living The Dream Tours reserves the right to cancel or amend any bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions at any time. Should this be the case, clients will receive an option to reschedule or be provided with a full refund. We will review and confirm any amendments by 8am on the day.
Cancellations received more than 7 days before the booked start time will be refunded, less any payment transaction costs.
Cancellations received between 7 days and 24 hours before the booked start time will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received within 24 hours of the booked start time, and no shows or late-comers on the day, will not receive any refund.
Special conditions apply to all group booking cancellations. Should the number of attendees in a group change, you will be liable to pay for the confirmed amount of people.
Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure group bookings.
The use of our services
Passengers are required to pay for tours in full prior to booked start time via our secure online booking system.
The minimum age for all bookings is 18 years.
To consume alcohol at the venues, passengers must be able to prove they are over 18 years of age.
Living The Dream Tours reserves the right to use alternate vehicles and operators.
We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice.
We will make every effort to secure a lunch reservation, however at times it may not be possible, and an alternate arrangement will be made.
The consumption of alcohol is not permitted in our vehicles. Intoxicated or rude passengers causing a disturbance will be requested to depart the vehicle and no refund will be provided.
Passengers who soil or vomit in the vehicles will be charged a cleaning fee of $50-$300. This will either be charged to your credit card or cash payment.
Living The Dream Tours will not be held responsible for any damage caused intentionally or otherwise to people, property or venues and the passengers and / or organiser will be held liable to cover any additional costs incurred.
Our tours operate in varying weather conditions, during extreme weather events we will review the situation and confirm any cancellations by 8am on the day.
